Edward Tonchew (47) has been in consulting business for over 20 years now. Educated in The Netherlands (Groningen) and UK (London), he has extensive network of top level business contacts across the CEE region, and he has been Board member and Business Development Manager for CEE for Austrian management and personnel consulting firm «PMC», as well as CEO of «John Deere» dealership.

His area of expertise lies in corporate culture transformation and HR development programs, executive search, board consultancy and management appraisals for regional and global companies.

Being regarded as one of the most prominent professionals in top level consultancy in the Balkans, Edward is fluent in English and Dutch, with reasonable understanding of German.
